The Remnant Identified
Not a denomination, but a people
In the final days, God has a faithful remnant. This remnant is not defined by membership rolls, but by clear biblical characteristics.
This means all ten, not just nine, including the seventh-day Sabbath (Saturday). If you love Jesus, you will keep His commandments (John 14:15).
"Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus." Revelation 14:12
The testimony of Jesus is the "spirit of prophecy" (Revelation 19:10): embracing Christ's teachings, His example, and the prophetic gift. They uphold what Jesus testified about the Father and His law.
The Sabbath: The Identifying Mark
The Sabbath commandment is the "contested" one. The Roman Catholic Church changed it. Protestantism accepted the change. The remnant obeys God's original command.
Babylon represents religious systems mixing truth with error (Sunday sacredness, immortal soul, etc.). God's call is clear: "Come out of her, my people" (Revelation 18:4).
The mark is a test of loyalty. The remnant will refuse enforced Sunday worship, choosing instead to obey God by keeping His Sabbath, even at the cost of livelihood or life.
The remnant stands firm through persecution, relying on Christ's righteousness and the faith of Jesus, not their own works.
Is This You?
Remnant status is not inherited; it's chosen. You don’t need special heritage or perfect knowledge. You need repentance, faith in Jesus, obedience to His commandments, separation from error, and endurance.
